Alexander Henry

Founder & Managing Principal

Alexander Henry is the Founder and Managing Principal of Kimzo Group, where he leads acquisitions, strategy, and portfolio execution across multifamily and industrial assets. Prior to founding Kimzo, he served as Head of Acquisitions at Pure Life Properties, where he oversaw the acquisition, renovation, and disposition of over 100 single-family and small multifamily investment properties across six U.S. markets.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Loyola Marymount University.
